ORIENTAL SALAD & DRESSING
1 lb. shredded cabbage - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds - 1 cup slivered almonds
2 bunches green onions, chopped - 2 pkg Ramen nooldes (beef flavor)

Toast almonds and sunflower seeds at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

DRESSING

1 cup vegetable oil - 1/3 cup vinegar - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 pkg. noodle seasonings

Combine alll salad ingredients. Crush noodles and add. Toss 1 hour prior to serving with dressing.
